KESTECH Machinery is capable of delivering fully customized solutions tailored entirely to the project and process, in cases where standardized unit families are technically insufficient or unsuitable for the required process or processes on your part. When needed, processes involving single or multi-axis interpolated movements can be implemented, including fixed-angle units designed specifically for part angles, servo-driven bar feeders, multi-drilling heads on special axes, polygon heads, poliangolar heads, 90-degree turning units, part centering units, gripper units, part positioning and rotation units, and similar systems.<\/p>

Custom-designed bar material feeders, with or without magazines, can be produced for circular, polygonal, or form profiles ranging from 1 meter to 12 meters in length and from 3 mm to 80 mm in diameter, depending on the part profile. Units can be positioned at angles from 0.1 degrees to 45 degrees according to part requirements.
