In order to protect our customers from mistakes of automation companies or\nintegration problems of the machine with robotic automation, we carry out robotic\nautomation installation and programming in-house with our own engineers on\na turnkey basis. In our automation systems, MITSUBISHI robots with 6 axis, IP 67\ncertified water and dust resistant, +\/- 0.02 mm high precision are preferred. The\nselection is made according to the requirements of the work to be done, such\nas extension distance and workpiece\u2019s characteristics.\u00a0<\/p>

We can gather robotic\nautomation systems we carry out in our company under 3 main headings.<\/p>

  1. Vibratory Bowl Feeding Robotic Automation:<\/strong> The pieces are first emptied into\nthe vibratory bowl. The pieces are lined up in the vibratory bowl and moved to the\nloading point and than they are loaded into the machine with the help of a robotic\narm. In addition, sensors, regulator and separator equipment support the feeding\nsystem to work without stuck.<\/p><\/li>

  2. Slinding Table Feeding:<\/strong>First, the parts are placed on sliding tables equipped with\nservo or pneumatic systems. Either the tables move to bring the part to the loading\npoint, or the robotic arm\u2014also driven by servo or pneumatic actuators\u2014reaches the\npart\u2019s location and picks it up. Loading is performed from the table to the machine,\nwhile unloading is carried out from the machine to the table or to a designated area<\/p><\/li>

  3. Camera Robotic Automation:<\/strong>With the help of a vibratory bowl, parts are dropped\nsequentially on a conveyor belt. The dropped parts are brought over the conveyor\nbelt to a lighting area where photographs will be taken. High resolution photographs\nof the parts in the lighting area are taken by a COGNEX brand industrial camera and\nthe position information of the part is sent to the robot. The robot understands the\nposition of the part according to the information from the camera and loads the part\ninto the machine by taking it over the belt.\nWith Camera Robotic Automation, loading and unloading of different shaped parts\ncan be done only by a software change without a physical change in the system. In\naddition, quality control measurements of the parts can be performed during loading\nthanks to the cameras that can make precise measurements. Moreover, thanks to\nsilo system with case overturn ability, which is produced in our company, the system\ncan operate automatically up to 8 hours without a need of human intervention.\nBy integrating robotic automation systems into our high technology machines other\nworks such as loading-unloading, measurement, aligning are also rapidly carried\nout in addition to standart machining works.
