ZERITH

KesTECH’s ZERITH model is the CNC transfer machine with the highest level of technology in the product range. Specially designed to meet precision requirements of 0.02 mm and below, this system is equipped with 2nd generation Micron series high-precision spindles. The spindle structure combines cylindrical hydrostatic bearings, a quadruple rear bearing system, and dual servo-driven linear guides to achieve 0.001 mm positioning repeatability. This design provides ideal solutions for high-precision part production in hard-to-machine materials such as stainless steelas well as in the aerospace, automotive, and medical sectors.

MULTIVEXA

KesTECH’s MULTIVEXA model is a high-precision and efficient production solution developed among CNC transfer machines by maintaining an optimal balance between performance and cost. This system meets precision requirements of 0.03 mm and above, delivering reliable results for standard production needs. Equipped with 6th generation ProMAX series spindle technology, MULTIVEXA stands out with both its technical capability and long-lasting structure. The cylindrical hydrostatic bearing and dual auxiliary bearing systems used in the machine provide low friction and high stability,

TURVEX

TURVEX model is an ultra-compact CNC transfer machine developed for machining micro-scale parts. This system, capable of performing complex operations within a single production unit, offers maximum flexibility with its highspeed Direct Drive Spindle technology, fast cycle times, and modular structure. It provides reliable and cost-effective production performance in applications such as gas fitting components, medical micro parts, electronic components, and small-sized automotive subcomponents. The DDM- 65 spindle unit allows precise machining of micro parts across a wide speed range from 12,000 rpm to 100,000 rpm.

SPECIAL

Our company has designed and manufactured over 500 custom-built machines tailored to specific applications. Our product range includes multi-axis CNC milling machines, dual-head CNC lathes, chipless tube cutting systems, and hydraulic presses. We offer industry-specific solutions across various sectors, including panel radiator and towel warmer processing machinery. Customer needs take precedence in our custom design approach.
