LEt's prove you don't need millions to build a Hıgh-Quality Transfer Machine line
TURVEX
KesTECH’s TURVEX model is an ultra-compact CNC transfer machine developed for machining micro-scale parts. This system, capable of performing complex operations within a single production unit, offers maximum flexibility with its highspeed Direct Drive Spindle technology, fast cycle times, and modular structure. It provides reliable and cost-effective production performance in applications such as gas fitting components, medical micro parts, electronic components, and small-sized automotive subcomponents. The DDM- 65 spindle unit allows precise machining of micro parts across a wide speed range from 12,000 rpm to 100,000 rpm. In addition to its Direct Drive Spindle structure, the machine features hydrostatic bearings and dual rear support as standard, ensuring stable operation even at high speeds.
The turret system, with an indexing time of 0.5–0.7 seconds and a positioning accuracy of 0.002 mm, minimizes cycle times. The compact turret design enables high production capacity in limited spaces, while the modular station layout allows easy integration of different processes. With productbased customization, easy installation, and quick changeover advantages, it offers an operator-friendly structure. It enables superior performance in machining many micro-sized parts such as micro inserts, special screws, implant components, gas injectors, miniature valves, and locking mechanisms. While saving floor space in production areas, it does not compromise on precision or speed. TURVEX is equipped with two optimized feeding systems: bar feeder and manipulator. Bar feeders result in raw material loss limited only to the part length, with no tail-end scrap.
Manipulators work in synchronization with turret stations, ensuring precise positioning of micro parts. Both systems operate in full harmony with the high-speed spindle and rapid turret structure, providing a continuous production flow. The machine’s control panel is optimized for compact production environments with its user-friendly multifunctional software and robust construction
The industrial aluminum body, highresolution display, and G-code compatible programming simplify parameter tracking at the micro scale. The Direct Drive Spindle control module is optimized for high-speed machining. Simplified infrastructure facilitates maintenance operations, while modular software supports the integration of new processes. Multi-level user access, passwordprotected login, and traceable operation history provide digital assurance for security and quality control processes.
