KesTECH’s ZERITH model is the CNC transfer machine with the highest level of technology in the product range. Specially designed to meet precision requirements of 0.02 mm and below, this system is equipped with 2nd generation Micron series high-precision spindles. The spindle structure combines cylindrical hydrostatic bearings, a quadruple rear bearing system, and dual servo-driven linear guides to achieve 0.001 mm positioning repeatability. This design provides ideal solutions for high-precision part production in hard-to-machine materials such as stainless steelas well as in the aerospace, automotive, and medical sectors.
The machine’s standard high-speed turret system, with 0.002 mm positioning accuracy and 0.5–0.8 seconds indexing time, ensures both precise and fast machining capability. Configurable with either horizontal or vertical drum layouts according to production needs, ZERITH is compatible with a wide range of feeding options from robotic systems to bar feeders.
