This structure enables economical and reliable part production for many industries such as automotive, sanitary fittings, gas valves, white goods, and door locks. The drum system, with 0.002 mm positioning accuracy and 1–1.5 seconds indexing time, offers high efficiency in mass production lines. 8
MULTIVEXA can be manufactured with either horizontal or vertical drum configurations and is compatible with a wide range of systems from vibrating bunkers to robotic feeding. In bar feeders, raw material loss is limited only to the part length, with no tail-end waste. The system works fully integrated with advanced Mitsubishi 6-axis robotic arms and COGNEX smart cameras, providing speed and accuracy in part loading and unloading processes
Starting from 2 stations, 2 units, and 4 axes, and extending up to 14 stations, 30 units, and 64 axes, this model offers different production combinations. With its simple yet powerful control panel, it ensures a stable, safe, and user-friendly production process. The industrial aluminum body, optionally offered G-code compatible programming, and multi-level access system provide both durability and ease of use.
