ROBOTIC AUTOMATION
In order to protect our customers from mistakes of automation companies or integration problems of the machine with robotic automation, we carry out robotic automation installation and programming in-house with our own engineers on a turnkey basis. In our automation systems, MITSUBISHI robots with 6 axis, IP 67 certified water and dust resistant, +/- 0.02 mm high precision are preferred. The selection is made according to the requirements of the work to be done, such as extension distance and workpiece’s characteristics.

Vibratory Bowl Feeding Robotic Automation: The pieces are first emptied into the vibratory bowl. The pieces are lined up in the vibratory bowl and moved to the loading point and than they are loaded into the machine with the help of a robotic arm. In addition, sensors, regulator and separator equipment support the feeding system to work without stuck.
Slinding Table Feeding:First, the parts are placed on sliding tables equipped with servo or pneumatic systems. Either the tables move to bring the part to the loading point, or the robotic arm—also driven by servo or pneumatic actuators—reaches the part’s location and picks it up. Loading is performed from the table to the machine, while unloading is carried out from the machine to the table or to a designated area
Camera Robotic Automation:With the help of a vibratory bowl, parts are dropped sequentially on a conveyor belt. The dropped parts are brought over the conveyor belt to a lighting area where photographs will be taken. High resolution photographs of the parts in the lighting area are taken by a COGNEX brand industrial camera and the position information of the part is sent to the robot. The robot understands the position of the part according to the information from the camera and loads the part into the machine by taking it over the belt. With Camera Robotic Automation, loading and unloading of different shaped parts can be done only by a software change without a physical change in the system. In addition, quality control measurements of the parts can be performed during loading thanks to the cameras that can make precise measurements. Moreover, thanks to silo system with case overturn ability, which is produced in our company, the system can operate automatically up to 8 hours without a need of human intervention. By integrating robotic automation systems into our high technology machines other works such as loading-unloading, measurement, aligning are also rapidly carried out in addition to standart machining works.
