KESTECH Machinery began its production journey with hydraulic and mechanically driven units. As of today, the company manufactures a total of 127 unit types across 9 distinct product families. These units are designed for chip removal operations on all types of materials, ranging from single-axis standard units to advanced 5-axis machining solutions. The main standard unit types include 5-axis, 4-axis, and 3-axis machining center units, turning and milling units, thread cutting and slotting head systems, 90-degree head turning units, gear and saw processing units, automatic part ejection systems, bar feeding mechanisms, and fixed-angle units. With this diversity, KESTECH develops solutions that offer high efficiency and flexibility, suitable for both custom manufacturing needs and mass production lines.
In addition to its standard product range, KESTECH also develops innovative solutions for a wide variety of machining operations through the design of custom units tailored to specific part geometries and processing needs. These special unit types are not part of the standard catalog but are engineered to meet unique application requirements. All unit designs mentioned above, including their intellectual property rights, are owned by our company. The entire production process—including spindle manufacturing, taper machining, grinding, and finish grinding—is carried out in-house at KESTECH facilities, ensuring full control over quality and precision.
All units manufactured by KESTECH are engineered to operate within tolerance levels as precise as 5 microns, in direct correlation with the accuracy requirements of the machining process. This level of precision ensures that each unit performs reliably under demanding production conditions, meeting the highest standards of dimensional consistency and process integrity.
